My doctor has always encouraged cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage) and I try to eat some every day. He also recommended that I take Theralogix Bladder 2.2 as a supplement. I'm not sure if these help, but they do no harm. I am a 20 year bladder cancer survivor!
