hmmmmmmm...hate to tell you this but one of the side effects of cialis can be muscle pain. I know you don't want to hear that.

There's no external bulging when coughing, that was the first thing checked. But if it's an incisional hernia, hard to tell and not good! No scrotal swelling so far. Asking the wife if it looks like there's swelling in the pubic area, she's not so shure because of the weight loss.

This feels a lot like pulled muscles that I’ve had in the past in that area. It was getting just a little bit better until yesterday. Now the sharpness is gone but the deepness of the pain is more pronounced and it’s covering a bigger area with some swelling down in the pubic area. My doctor that did the surgery said it would take a while but it shouldn’t get worse unless it’s more than a pulled muscle. I have been using ice packs in the area and that has really helped and always has with pulled muscles, never any luck with heating pads though. Last night did try the heating pad and it helped a little but….

That “BUT” now has created another question. The heating pat down in the groin/pubic area seemed to make Mr Happy show some signs of life finally, and this morning too. Anyone know if low heat helps with blood flow? Been taking Cialis for a few weeks now.

Bill; I had a hernia in the same place about 6 mounths ago, My primary care doc said it wasn't. I went to a genral surgean, He did the " Turn your head an cough thing " I was in surgery the next day. Go see a surgean about it, it might not hurt to see what he says about it!!
