No bulging anywhere, and everything feels very normal on the outside.

It's not the Cialis, there was no muscle pain before or during the cold, actually I quit the Cialis just in case the cold was the flu like symptoms Cialis can have, but it turned out to be a real cold, so started back up. The pain started when I had a run on of 5 or 6 sneezes in a row.
