Ive asked myself the same question. Luckily for me Im not. I think it would make me look for other things in a partner than I have in the past. Whilst I agree with all the above in terms of this op changing things, I also like to think that there's more to sex than ejaculation and more to a relationship than sex. I guess where we are at forces us to put our money where our mouth is. For me these days, companionship definitely seems a lot more important than it used to. Im also glad of any response though and enjoy sex when it happens. I think that my libido has definitely changed as a result of my cystectomy. I read of the development of a new viagra-type pill being tested that boosts desire as well as blood flow. Now that would be a step forward for me!

Actually, Joe, I'm grateful to have any response at all. I was really worried that I would lose it forever. A blown cylinder head is a lot worse than grinding a few gears to get into third! And as you know I've had my share of grinding (or shooting-up) too!

But your right...it ain't quite the same. I was at a bar the other night looking at all the young girls...what would it be like if I was single?

Lol. That's pretty funny Joe. And I think you do have a point. there is a mental shift that you have to make after the op.

No matter what you do and I try hard to be positive the shot, implants, and the pills once your prostrate is gone sex is never the same once the seamen are gone you got an empty boat. Joe
