I don't know if these are separate problems or related. I still have desire so that doesn't seem to be an issue. Getting a full erection is a problem but I was using cialis before surgery so I don't think I have any additional problem yet (haven't tried). I know I am able to 'finish' but the only thing that seems to come out is urine. That's a problem but I may try using condoms to catch that so I think I can work around it.

Are there other things I am not aware of?

Well here is a womans point of view, now that Gene can do the shot, he knows its there if he wants it, which seems to have given him new life, of sorts. Even if we do it once a week the mental thing of knowing he can makes a difference. Even with the shot its still different. Haven't found the right dose, seems to stay too long, 4 hours..so we have to adjust, but he says the sensitivity is greater than before,hummmm!!!! I guess memories are very valuable at this point!!!
