Hello all, Happy Easter.
I am about 4 weeks out from my 2nd TURB, and my energy has finally returned, but my bladder is still not operating properly. Still frequent, urgent, and moderately painful urination. My bladder was 70% - 80% covered with tumors, and the bulk of them were removed at the 2nd TURB... The first was just to get samples for pathology.
Feeling better, I had a glass of wine before bed the other night, and experienced, for the first time in weeks, significant bladder pain, not unbearable, but enough to render sleep out of the question. I drank a bottle of water, and took a pain pill, and fell asleep about 2 hours later.
Am I correct to assume that my bladder must still be a bit raw from the TURB?
Can a glass of wine change my urine chemistry enough to cause this kind of pain?
