My Christmas Present to You

They look yummy! I saved the recipe. My daughters and I bake for 3 days in Dec. and give tins of homemade cookies as gifts. My husband is diabetic so I also have some great recipes for sugar free (you can't even tell).

I will post some of my recipes too.

1 hour to make 90 cookies. So colorful & easy. All you need besides standard ingredients is a cookie gun or press and glace cherries.

Cherry Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
3 large egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2¾ cups flour
Glace Cherries

Directions:
Cream butter.
Cream in sugar.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
Mix in flour.
Place on cookie sheets with  a cookie GUN or PRESS.
Put cherries in the center of each cookie.
Bake 7-10 minutes at 400°F. or until light golden around edges.
