This is pretty common to have clots or bleeding. 3 weeks, however is a little long. It is very likely you do have an UTI of which it sounds like you are on for antibiotics. As you are seeing the doctor in a couple of days, I am sure they can address this. If that day changes per cancellations etc let them know you do need to be seen promptly.
