Thats the news we have been waiting for. Sorry you have hit a couple of bumps, but the treatment seems to be doing the trick.

Mike,

Glad to hear that the chemo is doing what it is supposed to! I, too, was very happy to see you with a smile on your face.

(((hugs))) to you,
Anita

Mike... So good to get an update from you. Sorry you've had some issues that took you to the ER, but the results on the CT scan is great news! I hope Cycle 4 goes smoothly, and you get to the 21-day maintenance quickly.

You may have lost a bit of hair, but that smile and determination in your eyes look as great as ever!

Hang in there... it's working!

Best wishes... Catherine

Got my CT results back today and the reference lymph nodes we are watching have shrunk substantially!

That's actually great news and it means that the chemo is working. Sitting here now getting my Day 1 of cycle 4. Total is 6 cycles and then I just go on maintenance once every 21 days of just the study drug (Avastin).

Lost some hair and have had some ups and downs (was in ER again Monday night) but it is working!
