Hi, everybody -- THe positives, I mentioned: It's probably as much the prayer as the premeds!!!!!!! Yesterday,I had some trouble with ankle swelling, so I have a diuretic and we're watching electrolyte balance. My liver function numbers came back better than anticipated though -- it is still functioning adequately. Having my friend here is a real blessing. (This is her computer, for example ;D) No, really, it is great to have her supporting me. Love to all -- Susan

So far so good. I had a good night and no ill effects from treatment #1. I feel better today than yesterday both physically and emotionally. My appetite is back
and my coughing is reduced (probably due to pre-meds.)I am using my mouth rinse as
I'm supposed to and am smiling at my flowers -- 1 from husband, 1 from son.
I am hoping for the time frame Karen mentions!!Thank you all!

Wishing you well Susan, you are in my prayers. I attend MD Anderson in Orlando and it is a wonderful hospital, very professional, lovely atmosphere and very caring staff, at all levels.
