Hi,
I have completed chemotherapy and am now cancer free. My surgeon has told me I'm a candidate for a neobladder. I'm having a PET scan this week and will meet with the surgeon to decide the next step. From what I've read, there are three types of surgery: ostomy, Indiana pouch, and neobladder. There's also the possibility of monitoring with no surgery.
I'd like to know how others have done with these procedures. If you can give me your insight, I'd appreciate it. I'll also search for more posts here to see what I can find.
