I am terrified

It's been awhile since I've posted here. We have done so very well with Jim and his BC but this week we received very concerning news. Next week will be the 5th anniversary of his RC/IC followed by 6+ months of chemo. Gem?Cis. He has done so well since that ended. We felt things would continue to be good for Jim. Unfortunately on his CT of Chest/Abdomen/pelvis it shows he has 6 nodes in his lungs that weren't there in December. He will have a PET scan next Thursday to see if they are BC in his lungs or not. I am open to any and all suggestions if the worst is the case and surely open to prayers. Hoping that everyone here is doing well. I am doing fairly well but Jim, as always is strong and confident, that's just so him.
