I remember when I started this journey in March of 2008, I wondered if I would ever make it through.

I've just completed my 4 yr check with an MRI and a neobladder performance check(that is a pee in the bucket for volume and speed followed by an ultrasound look at the neo to assure it is empty or close to it) by the urologist and I am still good to go. I have daytime continence although I still wear a pad at night. I have to admit my bowels just arent the same, but I do get to see my three grandchildren born since I was diagnosed.

I just wanted those of you just starting the journey and those of you in the middle of the journey, there is still a pretty full life waiting for you.

All my best,

Lee H.
