My hubby had his done at Stanford by Dr. Stamey. It will be 13 years in Sept and nothing. We just celebrated our 49th anniversary and now know it wasn't all about sex.
Hope you are more successful.:)

  Don't we humans, when well, take good health, so much for granted?

Folks outside the BC/RC community just can not imagine the suffering so many folks here are going thru:unsure:

Prayers to and for all! God Bless!

Am fast approaching my two year post op point. Function at best
is about at the three quarter mast but still improving albeit slow
but steady. Viagra improves lift somewhat and also last ability
but also with headache side-affect.

I have tried the shot in the earlier days because pills had no effect
at all. It worked quite well at the time and the little needle wasn’t
as bad as I thought it would be.

I have good success using a silicon ring positioned at base of penis
with very similar results to Viagra. I will go on using ring as there are
little or no side-effects compared to pills.

Winning the battle :-)

Dan,

While you are waiting, you may want to try "the shot".
The longer one goes without things working, the more the shot doesn't seem like such a terrible idea. Don't know why. ;)

After 16 months, no function has returned. Viagra & Cialis: no help.

I am certainly disappointed, because the surgeon predicted a significant return of function.

I am happy with most other aspects of the neobladder/prostate surgery.

Unfortunately, the Cialis is such a low dose that it doesn't do much more than help the blood supply to avoid damage.

The shot on the other hand is cause for happy dance. :)
