after meeting with doc @ s/k today "we"decided to remove both bladder (high risk of reoccuring regradless of treatments) and prostate (2 spots are cancerous) and will go with ext bag..(based on my lfestyle/comfort level of wearing a bag/ease of adjusting to bag)entirley my choice on bag
will fly back to vegas tuesday and within 2wks drive back to ct for pre-op on 23rd and operation on 7/1...2-3 hrs op/5days in hospital/2wks recovery (but will stay around 1 month (yes i heard all you people say that !!!)fly home and hope to be fully recovered in 4 mos (so doc says)
