I was wondering about the original stem cells for these two kinds of TCC They turned out to be different types. I wrote today to the senior author of the publication Dr. Theodorescu to explain to me how come they have different original stem cells, but some non muscle invasive TCC can become invasive. I am waiting for the answer.
