The LAST sentence is interesting indeed. Since I have a neobladder.......... How do I take care of it? I was never told about any special care for the neo. I haven't been abusing my body ... But.

Should I stop drinking coffee? How does fiber affect the neo?
Wine? Scotch? Dairy? fruit Juice? Gum?

This is a whole new discussion for me

Yes, I am little Al (Jr.) short for Albert, latter in life I took on the name Allan as I did not care much for the name. That was me in photo as you mentioned. Benjamin Harrison one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence is an uncle whose son William went on to be our 9th President, who in one of his letters I have, sat across the table from George Washington at Mount Vernon and talked strategies on how to form the first Continental Army. I have been doing genealogy work as a hobby for 30 years, My cousin Paul Noyes for almost 50 years has some 43,000 families in his database now.
