BUT...one of the things i found most interesting was all the treatments that are out there that the uro won't tell you about and for the elderly patient, the patient who refuses cystectomy for whatever reason...there is a wealth of information here.

Pat, that is a very interesting review which requires "slow" reading! I do wish they wouldn't mix CIS with T1G3....sometimes they are talking about CIS and sometimes T1G3 that has "progressed" to CIS. Being a CIS patient, I do find this confusing.

But, all-in-all, interesting. It appears that cystectomy is still
the gold standard for BCG failure.
