primary CIS accompanied by neither previous nor simultaneous tumours of the urinary tract ), concomitant CIS associated with superficial papillary tumour and secondary CIS detected during the follow-up period after treatment of the superficial papillary tumour

Pat, can you help with some definitions here? My readings haven't helped...What are "primary" and "secondary" CIS?
Is primary when there is no concommitant papillary lesion?
