They have already finished Phase II trials as well but not with BC. The problems I see are that they require 8 weeks to build the thing and that may take too much for a BC patient. Also, they have to make sure that the cells the new bladder is constructed from are not cancerous...

Mainly no cutting of intestines...thats a biggy. But we'll see how the trials go...no ileus...less complications hopefully.
