Perhaps the lack of increased death rate represents the patients saved by earlier diagnosis. And most urologists aqnd oncologists already know that some prostate cancers should just be observed, but observed is not the same thing as ignored.

CIS 11/2010 treated with BCG. CIS 5/2012 treated with BCG/interferon
T1G3 1/2013. Radical Cystectomy 3/5/2013, No invasive cancer. CIS in right ureter.

I guess if the cancer is so famous. It gets pushed to the front of the boat in diagnosis. If the advertising says this is the new cancer rage... the Dr. will think to screen for it.
We need that kind of marketing. We just want the Dr. to THINK of looking for the synptoms.

This is probably a load of crap, but that is how my mind works sometimes.
