Interesting article.

Besides the fact that cooking red meat to well done just ruins it, it can significantly raise the risk of bladder cancer.

I've always refused to cook steaks well done just because it ruins the steak. Now I have an even better reason. :)
Well done? Might as well just eat hamburger.
