Not sure if this counts as an article or not, but this is the standard for bladder cancer treatment from the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN). This is for physicians and has all the nitty gritty details. This group peer reviewed my flow chart and while they liked it, they couldn't get 100% agreement (so it looks like I won't get published in Uro Today). :(

NCCN Bladder Cancer Guidlines

You have to register to get it (free) and I've also posted it in the Newly Diagnosed Blog section. It's the most recent version V.1.2010 but I won't be keeping it updated as new versions come out so you should use the link above in the future.

NCCN Bladder Cancer Guidelines in ABLCS Blog

Not sure if this counts as an article but I figured I'd at least put the link here. It is very comprehensive and is the Practice Guidelines for Physicians.
