Then your immunity is down. The secret is to have a big bar of chocolate and cocoa at bedtime, after all you are not going to be exposed to flu begs in your bed are you ?

Seems like shaky evidence. I WILL have two TABLESPOONS of brown sugar on my morning oatmeal!!
