This suggests that early treatment of metastatic bladder cancer does not lead to improved survival. Symptom-guided follow-up examinations may provide similar survival rates at a lower cost.
After seeing your reaction to Pat's post of the recent article about early aggressive treatment of non invasive blc, I can't wait to see the reaction to this one.
