In a small article on the second page of the sports section of The Oregonian
this morning....
Maurice Lucas, assistant coach of the Portland Trail Blazers, had surgery for
bladder cancer and will be out of work for 6-8 weeks. No other medical details.
He played in the NBA for 14 years, and is a 4-time All Star. I would expect that
he is being treated at the Oregon Health Sciences University, since that is where
the local expert urological surgeon is.
