No...not really.....they can do just about whatever they want in Europe...we have to wait for clinical trials and i haven't seen anything yet being done here at major cancer centers like MD Anderson or MSK...only in Berne

Hi Pat, we asked the oncologist and urologist about this in November when we'd been doing some research after my husband's scan showed "new" nodes. We found an article:

and then looked up the agent only to discover it hadn't been approved: www.amagpharma.com/products/combidex.php
The oncologist said she'd been on the board which did not allow the license to go ahead because it wasn't quite as glamorous as it appeared. We were disappointed!!
I'm glad to see there's some more research on these particles, do you have any more info?
