this is a really interesting article Cynthia as something like 86% of the patients did not have the proper amount of muscle removed on their first TURB..this changed grading and outcome.
I am so grateful i was on the "cutting edge" back in 2002 when Dr. Herr said
"second TURB".....man of few words.
