High grade bladder cancer with lower ureter mass

I am very sorry that your Mother and your family are having to go through this. Age as you already know can have a profound affect on treatment options, however I can not comment on your choice of treatment that has to be between you and your medical team. You should discuss radiotherapy with them it is used as plaintive care in some cases but again we are not medical professionals so we can not know what is appropriate. What I can comment on is that comfort and dignity is something we do have some control over. You gave your Mothers weight in kg. so I am assuming you are not in the USA so I will not be able to know what is avalible to you as far as plaintive and hospic care in your location. But have the conversation with your Mothers medical team and your Mother if she is capable. I remember with my mother in law we knew her wishes and it made it easy for us to make the decision to place her in hospice. She was there for the last year of her life and it gave her the comfort and dignity she wanted. She no longer had to spend time in the hospital or emergency room but was treated for simple things like an infection and was kept pain free. We have as a family done hospice with three family members and we look at it as a gift of love. I have no idea if your Mothers situation qualifies at this time for hospic care but it is important to have the conversation so you will know it is in your tool box if you should need it. I wish I could be of more help but know we are here to listen if you need us.

My mother is 85 yrs old and her body weight is just 35 kg. On 2nd March 2019 she underwent TURBT. Biopsy done and high grade muscle invasive bladder cancer with it's lower ureter mass was diagnosed. Chemotherapy is not feasible. Doctor has suggested 6 settings of Tecentriq injection which is very much costly with only 30 percent success rate at her age.
After one month of surgery, traces of blood and clot is again visible in her urine.
Please suggest whether palliative radiotherapy is useful at her age. We are so helpless
