I have been giving my husband 1/4 cup of pomegrante seeds everyday for over a month, here is why i decided to.

Pomegrante shows alot of promise with PSA levels in prostate cancer see:

I have not seen anything on the effects of it on Bladder Cancer, but I figure hey, can't hurt....He has to have fruit everyday anyway...

If you have never tried them, they are very similar in taste to rasberries/cranberries alittle tart/sweet but very palletable. Not at all like the nasty POM juice. They use the whole fruit including the rine when making the juice, which I think makes it bitter, but it is ok mixed with green or black tea, or blueberry.

They are about $2.99 each but I get almost 1 1/2 cups of seeds/anuls out of each one. so it is not like buying a $2.99 apple, or orange....

Someone told me we will all be eligible for an honorary medical degree before we are through.
