This is a homemade recipe for gatorade/electrolyte/Pedialite Drink. More flavors are available this way, (try the new pomegrante/rasberry) and is good for everyone having a problem with vomiting/diahrea, etc...
So you do not to become dehydrated when sick! Use for everything from diarrhea,vomiting,fever, or just because it is good for you. This will not aggravate a sick tummy.
Ingredients:
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
7 Tablespoons sugar
1 packet Sugar-Free/or Regular Kool-Aid
Directions:
Mix all together
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Be creative; use to make ice cubes so it will stay cool and not dilute. Or, make homemade popsicles.
