Last time in Boston i OD'd on Lobster....breakfast , lunch and dinner. I'm hungry and cold...and can't eat much vitamin K.....but chocolate has no K so i'll be allright!

Cynthia - I can see why you would feel that way. You guys have really gotten your (more then) fair share.

I was raised in upstate New York and just love the East coast. The springs and falls are just the best! The people are grounded and one gets such a feeling of history and continuity. I still say the best restaurants are in Boston! Your spring will come soon as well.

I know, Melodie, I know. I have seen SNOW in Portland in March. BUT I do have camellias and forsythia blooming....I'll bet that Cynthia doesn't!!

Let us in the northwest not celebrate too early - winter is not yet over for us. Although I am far more likely than you to see snow, since I live only a couple of hours away from Canada, in Washington state, we all could still be surprised. I used to brag about how quickly I could get in and out of a restroom; in 3 minutes or less; now it takes me an average of 10. So much for bragging...I have learned my lesson. ;)

Our birdbath disappeared yesterday and there is more snow coming this weekend. You have to be crazy to live in this part of the world...........
