sydelle....kind of looks like thats what they're saying. That is why its so important that the lesion/lesions are nowhere near the urethra when doing surgery for a neobladder. With the Indiana Pouch the urethra comes out.

pat , as I caught you on line I have a? directed to you, as you frequent UROTODAY, as I do. The other day there was a short review about BC and urethra cancer. Could you help me understand what the implication means? Are they saying that after a RC due to BC, if there is cancer of the urethra, it is a poor prognosis?
