Why isn\'t everyone using Hexvix?

Just curious..I know it was on the fast track for approval with the FDA as its already being used abroad. The only downside i see is that the dye must be injected 1 hr. prior to examination and maybe they just haven't figured out how to economically do that??? Its obviously much better at finding tumors that white light can't see. Has anyone talked to their uro to find out why they may not be using it?
