Betsy Mae you said you didn't know where to post your problem with the instant chat. Anytime you have a problem please hit the contact us button in the main menu and send us a message. It is easier than having them posted in the forum as I can just forward them to our tech comapny.

Instant chat is working for most people it may be your settings that are affecting it. Having said that we have never been happy with this product as the person you are trying to contact will only get the message if they refresh their browsers. In other words if they are in the forum and composing a post they will not be aware you are trying to talk to them.

But have heart as we speak we are in the middle of doing a site redesign that will bring you a new chat product. So just bear with us if your chat is not working help is coming.
