Last night, I took my Little Brother to play piano at a "Death by Chocolate" event at a local nursing home. They served a dessert new to me: chocolate jello. The volunteer said it was just 2 cups of milk, one-half cup of Hershey's chocolate mix, and an envelope of Knox gelatin, mixed together, heated to boiling, and cooled.
It was really different! I might try it myself, and add chocolate chips.
