There was a small cafe around the corner from the local bullring. Every evening after the bullfight the locals would go in to to buy the "Plato Especial", a stew made from the unfortunate animal·s testicles, considered a great delicacy. An English tourist decided he would try out the dish, and ordered a portion. However, he was very disappointed when the waiter brought him a very small portion, served on a saucer, although he admitted the flavour was very interesting. Calling the waiter over, he asked why he had been served such a small amount, to which the waiter replied " Sadly, Señor, the bullfighter does not always win." !!!!!!
