First Day of Competition

Well today the barrel events were held. Kevin took video and not pictures so the pictures I'm posting of Lauren are from Regionals. Out of 59 female competitors........drum roll............Lauren placed third in the country!!! We are very proud of her. This is our teams first year competing. Lauren's team mates placed 2nd, 17th, 42nd in the female division. We also one a second in the male division. We have not recieved our team barrel score yet because the second half of that event will be held Monday. We were told however that we are in the top five. All in all our team did well today.
