I live in Florida where the sky often takes on a simmilar look.
Also,the sunrises & sunsets are magnificent.

Some nights I come out of my office and it looks like the sky is on fire. I showed these photos to some locals and I learned that this sky effect is called "bounce"

ps.. if anyone wants to take moon shots it is pretty easy with a plain telephoto lens... I can explain how to do it if you are interested. My husbands cousin is a professional photographer and we exchange tricks. Thanks, elaine
