After a month, it could be the nausea and diarreah are unrelated to the TUR. The bladder pain sounds suspicious though so it would seem as though a uro should see you.
The good news is that the regular doctor is quite capable of giving you a urine test for UTI. A bad UTI can cause all of the symptoms. Even with Kaiser, you should be able to go in and give them a sample for testing without having to wait for an appointment. UTIs can be dangerous if left untreated for long so most docs will find a way to squeeze you in.
Alternatively, you may want to get yourself to an urgent care facility or the Kaiser ER so you don't have to wait through the weekend. If it's a UTI, you want to get on the antibiotics right away.
