Robert

I know that sometimes the procedures for diagnosis are harder than the treatment. Follow Cynthia's advice and get the sedative. Just make sure you have a driver to take you home.

The key to getting the right treatment for your cancer is the right diagnosis. What ever they have to do to get you well is well worth it.

Get a good diagnosis.... get the right treatment.... Get well.

Sincerely

George

Robert,

Take a big breath you have to go through this to get the information you need. It is not unusual for people to get panicky in the confined space of an MRI. Ask your doctor if they have an open MRI in your area and if it would work for you. If not explain that they make you claustrophobic and ask for a sedative many people do and ask for them.
Keep us informed we are here for you.
