After 2 malignant tumors removed did chemo and radiation together. Cystoscopy shows clear – no
cancer. Now my radiation oncologist wants me to do 15 more smaller dosage radiation.
We have come to the conclusion that this would be as a precautionary measure. She said since it tends
    to come back.

Praying about it and talking to others. Has anyone else heard about this?

I’m only a month out but still have chemo brain and a few more side effects. Any infomation is welcome.
    Thank you

Would be curious to know what your original diagnosis was….what type of bladder cancer; if it was transitional cell cancer (the most common variety) was it high grade or low grade? Chemo and radiation are not usually used with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, so I suspect it might have been another type?
