Having trouble with both of these and would like some help.
Is it ok to use the OTC medications as a prophylaxis for the yeast infections by using them once a month or so to help prevent yeast infections?

Have gotten compression hose for the lymphedema, but there are no doctors in my area who work with this problem. Any suggestions for what I should be doing?

I had lymphedema after my surgery and I used the compression stockings but I also had a massage therapist who did manual lymph drainage and it worked very well. Most of my swelling was from the ankle to the knee. Some massage therapists are trained in lymphatic drainage and maybe your doctor can help you find one.
