lotech,
Great to hear that the immunotherapy is working !
Sorry to hear about the kidney, but the good news is you only need one. I lost one years ago, and when the bladder cancer hit there was concern about my making it through chemo with just one kidney. I made it.When cancer showed up in my one kidney, it became the most important thing. The kidney cancer seems to be gone, but the bladder cancer remains. I don’t want to be without any kidneys; not looking forward dialysis.
Hang in there – it seems a rough path for you, but it is good to hear that you are still clear of the bladder cancer. Keep up the good work, praying for you and yours.
Best
Jack

Im back! could not save ureteur, so for neph bag removal I had to lose a kidney. sounds bad but the external bag was an issue to me. I hated it. might regret that in the future but for now its great! still getting immunotherapy and no sign of disease!!

Iotec35, Good Morning, Keytruda Infusion number 6 coming up, and pet scan shows good results. I am starting to feel some fatigue and nausea. The nausea seems to be more noticeable in the morning, and after a drink and something to eat, it seems to subside. My concern is I think it’s becoming more obvious more noticeable. I don’t know if the Keytruda builds up in our system and this is a normal side affect? I’ll ask Wednesday when I go in, but I was wondering if you are experiencing any side affects? I truly pray you’re doing well, God Bless

My next treatment will be number 18, its way better than chemo and my results are great! it takes 3-4 treatments before you see results for some longer. I hope to hear more on your keytruda journey!
