  Cookie Policy Implemented

  A Cookie Policy was implemented as part of the website update performed on Wednesday, 20 JAN 2021.

  Following the initial deployment of the Cookie Policy, if a User did not accept the policy, the contents of the website would appear blurred.  A recent change was made to no longer blur the website’s pages; however, if a User does not accept the policy, a modal pop-up will appear on each page visited.

  The Cookie Policy must be accepted in order to create an account or access a previously created account.

  The Cookie Policy is also specific to a device/browser combination.  The Cookie Policy will be presented if a new device or browser is used to access the website.
