Hi Everyone,
I thank you for the well wishes as I survived trading in my neo for the illeal conduit! It was quite the journey and I intend to spend some time blogging it here in the near future. I am now doing well with no kidney infections, less pain and very happy with the illeal...it just took a little time and help from some great people on this site.
It has been a while scince I have been active on the forum. I want to remind everyone to make sure your email address is current and that you check your spam settings!!! It is very important to access the site and log in!!!! Thank you Cynthia and Pat for helping me find my way back on the site
And finally, I want to let my old friends here know that I have missed you. You know I have had physical issues that have been difficult to navigate at times. But I have also struggled with the emotional issues of cancer and survivorship. I want to share more of that very soon for I feel I am not alone with these struggles. Somehow I convinced myself that I shouldn't share the hard parts of surviving. Now I realize that sharing my struggles is how to help others who are also struggling.
