I found two places. I have never ordered from them. I can't vouch for the company or the fit with urostomies, but it might be worth a try.

It is an English company, so the prices are pretty high, but they make swimsuits, underwear, high-waisted pants, etc. for male & females with ostomies.

Thank You Mike!
Although the winter stuff is still on the shelves, I will endeavor to find some large, long, baggy 'T' shirts! (And more baggy Hawaiian short sleeve shirts).... But how can I still swim and water ski with out being obnoxious?

I am delighted with the young men’s style of extremely long t-shirts. I’m actually worried that this fad might not last long. I’m buying up a good stock of them. Be careful about cotton content, the more cotton, the more shrinkage. I’m looking through my old shirts and having second thoughts about keeping many of the shorter ones. I am finding that clothes are expensive and completely overhauling a wardrobe can get pricey. I just bought a sweater. It would have been $20 cheaper but was from a men’s tall store. {groan} Quick, suggest long shirts to all the relatives!

Has anyone been confronted with a need to disguise a stoma and bladder bag? I live in Ocean Beach, San Diego. My dog loves to go to Dog Beach but it's often too hot there to wear a bulky sweat shirt. Does anyone have any ideas? Your input is appreciated!
