Neo to Ileal for Msnoregrets/Holly

Just talked to Holly again...morphine certainly doing a number on her!! ...she's waiting for some ice cream. I guess you can eat faster on a re-op? she had to have 2 units of blood but other than that so far so good!

Just wanted you to know that HOlly had her surgery yesterday at The U of Wisconsin...she was hoping that her dysfunctional neo could be made into an Indiana...however that was not possible. Surgery was 8 hrs and she came out with an ileial conduit but she's happy for now and speech quite slurred!!! She probably won't remember she even called me at 11:00pm.
I pray this takes care of all her infections plus the neo had somehow gotten a fold in it which for sure contributed to the infectons.
I'll keep you updated..
