Thought about that Mike and did ring but no reply! I know they have to be very careful what they say over the 'phone though as I am an insider as it were!

Hugs from Colorado.

You might ask them to give you the overview on the phone. If they refuse, that usually means they have something to say.

I've had cases in the past where they set up the appointment to review the test and then they call and tell me all good and then cancel the appointment.

Worth a try. Knowing (even if not good) is probably better than the anxiety associated with waiting and all the things our minds can conjure up.

Best wishes for a great outcome! :)

Anne,

Wish my arms were long enough to hug you from here. Try not to assume the worst. Call if you need to talk.

Help! I really need a hug right now!
Following a recent CT scan and cystoscopy I have received a clinic appointment with my urology specialist for this Wednesday morning. At my last appointment he said he would see me in December. Am I panicking for no good reason? I am assuming that something has shown up on the scan as they seemed to imply that the cystoscopy was fine last week.
Sorry to ramble - but hubby is at the other end of the country. He has promised to come home earlier than planned so he can come to the appointment with me. I will feel doubly stupid if it turns out to be nothing! In the past I'm sure I've received letters from the specialist telling me my scans were clear.
And to cap it all one of the gerbils looks peaky!
