The very best news is 32 nodes taken and no cancer in any of them and tumer was not that deep into the muscle. So I am not going to need chemo taht is very good news. I did have to go back in for three days . Now the bad news.I wa pout for 5 days, Two days in a row in the evning I had right flank pain very severe. I forgot I had pain meds here what abummy iam . The first night I thru up and it went away. The next agternoon they were back. throwing up did not help So called the resident uro on duty he said come on down. If i would have known I would have been admited i would have in hine site. But the pain was way worse than the surgery, That by the way was a non event. Just like doing way to many setups, only when I moved not even when I walked. It did turn out that my kidney fungtion was down from norm so they did get that back on track. I was drinking plenty of water but they said I was somewhat deidrated. Probaly from the S**ts, It turns out they said it ws acute renal failure. But I am feeling great here 13 days post op. On my way to cosco my wife still has to drive. I am up to it but Doc says wait for stints and cath to come out. I was on my ther when this last deal happened Sunday afternoon. But as I said no cancer no chemo. My right kidney that was blocked is back working very good. and live is good. I will now have the learning curve on the neo but I will make it happen. The goel for me is higher quality of life after surgery nothing less is acceptable. Don Mertke
